Parler is promoted as a perfect application to encourage free speach and allow anyone to comment without being blocked or banned from the app. However, many people took this initiative for morally wrong things like encouraging hate speech and currently downloading Parler on a mobile device is not possible.

Overall, Parler is a micro blogging platform, with a similar dynamic to Twitter. This app allows you to upload text posts, images, videos and much more. In mid-2019, a controversy began around this platform; This is because a large number of people, especially from North America, used this app to promote racist speeches and organize to commit hate crimes.
